Addition platinum cure electronic potting silicone rubber, Platinum-based silicones, also
called Addition-cure silicones, are two-component materials, a room temperature/heating curing and molding organic silicone materials. This kind of two-component elastic silicone potting,designed to protect in harsh conditions of electronic products.RX-silicone rubber for electronic potting used new technology without heating can cured, would be curing. When used according to 1:1 (weight ratio or the volume in the thorough mixing proportion of A and B two components, products will be in A certain time, form of the elasticity of curing buffer material.
We have a wide range of silicone products with a variety of shore A hardness and catalyst systems to fit all your silicone mold-making and casting need.
• Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
• Weight Ratio part A: part B = 1:1
• Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.
• The temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.
1.The following material may hinder the curing of the product, So pls apply after summary experiment. When necessary, pls clean the application areas.
• Condensation silicone which not completely cured or organic tin compounds
• Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials
• Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
• Pewters solder flux.
2. The electronic potting silicon rubber should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up at
once, avoid causing waste.
3. The electronic potting silicone rubber belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from
mouth and eyes.
4. When electronic potting silicone rubber gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix the electronic potting silicone rubber evenly before using, it does not affect the performance

Shelf life is 24 month.Special precautions must be taken to prevent moisture from contacting these materials. Containers should be kept tightly closed and head or air space minimized. Partially filled containers should be purged with dry air or other gases, such as nitrogen.Exposure to moisture could reduce adhesion and cause bubbles to form.
